Please be aware that a confirmation of an order containing any tobacco products is taken as an acceptance and agreement that the receiver of these products is at or over the legal age consumption of tobacco in their country.
Each country has its own laws and regulations regarding the import of tobacco products. La Casa del Habano Antwerp strongly recommends that you contact you local authority before ordering cigars online. Everyone that orders tobacco related products should know that strict laws exist and should be followed. La Casa del Habano Antwerp will not be held accountable for any claims as it is the customers own responsibility.
All Cuban Cigars ordered at La Casa del Habano Antwerp may be subject to custom fees and import duties of the country to which we have shipped your goods. La Casa del Habano Antwerp is not liable for these fees, nor will we accept returns as a result of these fees. The customer or receiver of the ordered goods will be responsible for any fees.
Shipping and Delivery
Terms and conditions concerning shipment and delivery are reliable of the local delivery service. All orders will be sent out in The Netherlands by PostNL. You will always receive a Track and Trace code so you can follow your order. As soon as we have left the goods at PostNL the shipping is out of our control. The customer is responsible for the delivered goods, even if the delivery has been made at an alternative delivery point.
DHL/Feddex/UPS/Express: In case the customer prefers their goods being sent by any other company other than PostNL, please contact us before completing your order: (Note: Shipping costs will differ from normal shipping costs.)
Important: We only dispatch goods to the billing address of the card holder which will require a signature upon the receipt.
We inspect every item before being shipped. All Cuban Cigar boxes will be opened and inspected and a Boveda Humidity bag will be included before shipment. We will never send out a shipment that is incomplete or damaged. You can always ask for a photo as proof of the boxes before being shipped.
Do you wish to cancel your order or the products are not as described as you ordered, please fill in a complaint.
In case of complaints or wanting to return a product, please e-mail: for full instructions. Any item that is returned without our consent will not be accepted. We reserve the right to claim costs made during the process of returning the goods.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we at La Casa del Habano Antwerp will make every effort to find a suitable exchange or refund within 14 days. Please note that all returns must be consented and approved by us before returning.
If an item is delivered to you in a damaged condition, for insurance purposes, we strongly recommend that you inform us within 24 hours after receiving your parcel at:
Whenever we receive the complaint within 24 hours, we will make arrangements for the full refund, exchange or replacement of the damaged good(s). La Casa del Habano Antwerp reserves the right to refuse a refund including shipping costs whenever the complaint is not fathom.
All prices are expressed in Euro’s including Tax (VAT).
If the price is not the result of legal regulations and / or provisions, the customer has the right to distance the contract and to terminate the order at the date the increase had taken place.
Ordered item not in stock
When the Cigars you have ordered are not in stock, you will receive an e-mail and we will ship them out to you as soon as possible.
If an item is not in stock and we are not able to send it to you in time, La Casa del Habano Antwerp will refund your order.
La Casa del Habano Antwerp reserves the right to alter the price or specify goods supplied by us at any time without prior notice.
